Pre-school years are a fun time in your child's life. At this age they begin to develop and learn the skills needed for their future. It's a phase that passes quite quickly yet it is at this time that they exhibit a lot of potential. Nowadays early childhood education programs are available for children at this age. Parents are now willing to give their children a head start in life. By going through an early childhood education program a child can have a decent grasp of the situation when they enter their kindergarten years.
It would be wise to consider an early childhood program for your pre-school children. It can be an important part of your child's intellectual growth. Another way that you may consider to prepare your children for education and learning is through the Internet.
The World-Wide-Web is packed with children's games that can enhance their learning capacity in a fun filled environment. This inventive technology can help your child develop learning and understanding skills.
If you are planning early childhood program for your child, then you should consider trying the Internet for games that can help your child. Browse through a number of sites to discover that ideal early childhood program for your pre-school darling. Give them an early head start for their future.
Are you one of those who are looking forward developing or improve classroom skills and follow a career as a curriculum supervisor or become an educational leader with the instruction as your main focus. If your answer is yes then making a career as an instructional leader can be the best option. Though, it is very important to comprehend that the role of an instructional leader differs from the traditional school administrator in a number of ways.
Basically, a conventional principal usually spends most of his/her time dealing with administrative duties, but a principal who is an instructional leader is primarily charged with redefining his or her role to become the primary learner in a community striving for excellence in education. As a result, it definitely becomes the principal's accountability to work with teachers to identify and classify different educational objectives and set school-wide or district wide goals. In addition to this, he or she must provide the essential resources for learning, and generate new learning opportunities for students and staff. Ultimately, ability to follow this responsibility requires deep understanding of leadership qualities. Fortunately, today there are number of colleges and universities that offer programs like instructional leadership that primarily focus on this objective. This education specialist program in instructional leadership principally emphasizes the core skills including comprehensive planning and implementation, curriculum theory and design.
The typical coursework of this program includes: curriculum development, educational topics and trends, and cultural diversity. In addition to this, the program endeavors to promote the values, knowledge, and skills needed to renew and improve education across the state, region, and nation. Once you complete the program, you will be able to:
Analyze and classify the uniqueness of an effective and successful leader
Study leadership attributes, styles and their significance for leaders to be successful
Express strategies for facilitating teams competently and managing clashes
Implement and facilitate collaborative professional development activities including team learning communities
The course enables you to learn many characteristics that can be very beneficial to your school and communities. You learn to exhibit a clear sense of direction for your schools and prioritize attention on the things that really matter in terms of the work of students. The program helps you identify your leadership strengths and gain knowledge of strategies that may engage students in the classroom using a team based learning. The program even enables you to discuss your role as a catalyst leader inspiring others to act; develop your personal leadership development plan and discuss methods for similar types of plans in the classroom.
Today instructional leadership can be broadly considered as a thoughtful journey that builds a learning culture. Washington, D.C., April 24, 2002 -- The Internet Healthcare Coalition (โthe Coalition,โ www.ihealthcoalition.org) and e-Health Quality Partners (e-HQP; www.e-hqp.com), announced today that they have entered into an exclusive alliance to develop and deliver educational programs bearing the Coalition's brand.
Under the agreement, e-HQP will offer educational and consulting programs, research services, conferences, publications, executive workshops, employee training, meeting facilitation and strategic planning activities. These products and services will be designed to meet the diverse needs of e-health and other businesses, healthcare providers, not-for-profits, and consumers. The Coalition will provide expert editorial oversight of program and service content to ensure that it conforms to the Coalition's mission and to the highest standards of balance and quality.
โThis is an important strategic business relationship that will help the Coalition revitalize its educational mission,โ stated John Mack, President of the Internet Healthcare Coalition and a principal of e-HQP. โUp until now, the Coalition has depended exclusively on small grants and volunteer efforts to roll out educational programs. e-HQP will provide the necessary business acumen, financial resources, and organizational development expertise to market, launch, and manage many projects that the Coalition could not otherwise undertake.โ
โOver one hundred million American adults, and a growing number of others worldwide, regularly use the Internet to seek health-related information,โ said Lois Ambash, Coalition board member and e-HQP principal. โe-HQP will partner with the Coalition to improve the quality of e-health information and services available on the Internet, help e-health businesses build trusted brands, and assist consumers in making informed choices among the many e-health products and services available to them.โ
The key provision of the Coalition/e-HQP alliance is an exclusive licensing agreement covering educational products and services that will bear the Coalition's imprimatur and logo. e-HQP's demonstrated commitment to the mission of the Coalition and its business expertise make it an ideal โtrusted partnerโ to advance the Coalition's interests in a manner that is both ethically sound and fiscally advantageous to the Coalition.
โThe Coalition has a broad base of stakeholders and a reputation for being unbiased,โ said Ahmad Risk, Coalition Board chairman. โAs demonstrated by our critical role in developing the international e-Health Code of Ethics, the Coalition also has strong relationships with many opinion leaders eager to collaborate under our auspices. Now, with e-HQP's help, we hope to bring these qualities and experts together to offer programs and services that allow other organizations to develop best practices for interactive healthcare.โ
A critical goal of the strategic alliance is to help organizations conform to the e-Health Code of Ethics, a product of the Coalition's international โeHealth Ethics Initiative.โ In addition, e-HQP will establish and manage a Coalition Speakers Bureau and form educational partnerships with a variety of businesses and organizations.

Homeownership education programs and housing counseling can address the homeownership questions and preserve the personality and integrity of the real estate business.
It should be noted that homeownership has become a valuable factor that helps stabilize families and communities. It is also an important contributor to a nation's economy through the housing sector. Homeownership education programs are most useful in taking the stress out of the process of buying a home, especially for the minority and/or immigrant home buyers, by providing them accessible information on homeownership. A well-documented homebuyer education can demystify the confusing process for first time homebuyers and can give them the confidence by helping them understand common homebuyer terminologies and in making the right decisions about home choice and loan products.
Recent studies show that homeownership education programs can help lessen the "gap" between individuals and homeownership. They effectively address not only the obvious lack of understanding and information about the home-buying process, but it also tries to overcome the language and cultural barriers that usually mislead the interested buyer to misconceptions in the mortgage finance system. It likewise gives a better understanding of the regulatory burdens imposed on the production of housing that drive up costs. Homeownership education programs are also an effective means to inform buyers of their rights, and help them find affordable houses, lower interest rate offers, and assistance in mortgage, down payment and closing costs and standard procedures.
Effective counseling on housing is a key area that increases minority homeownership and that serves to eliminate illegal discrimination and cut the closing costs through federal regulatory reforms. Immigrants who bother to go through the training and education provided by these homeownership education programs enjoy the benefit of getting familiar with a country's home-buying process, recognize opportunities for financing by making them aware of the benefits of buying a house with a loan offered by commercial lenders (i.e. banks, lending institutions, mortgage houses), how to pre-qualify for these available loans or, better still, how to reach a deal directly with a seller who offers owner-financing. This latter option is a safe way of veering away from banks and/or other instituted lenders who sometimes make things really sound more complicated than they are. Homeownership education programs show the buyer some useful tools to place homeownership easily within reach. Many state and local public agencies, non-profits and local lending institutions now offer free or low-cost homeownership plans that assist people in learning about becoming successful homeowners. It is always smart to educate oneself before going into a new venture as big as buying a place of his own.
